Even when, the vending sector is a largely male-dominated sector, women are starting to make their presence felt in this industry. At IVS Iberica we have 22 women in our staff, These numbers would have been unimaginable a few years ago. Moreover, four of them hold management positions. Although the road to equality is a long one, we’ve been taking the necessary steps for a time now. How? With an Equality Plan.
In 2019 IVSIberica decided to implement our Equality Plan, which includes the following elements:

- Promotion and training.
- Communication and non-sexist language.
