At IVS Iberica we haven’t wanted to put aside our social commitments during this time. For this reason, we have recently made a product donation to the Santa Anna parish in Barcelona. We tell you more in the following lines.
The start of a collaboration
The donation we made to the parish of Santa Anna were products for breakfast that will be used in its Field Hospital. For Marga Babiano, parish counselor, it is “very important that the Fraternity table where we serve more than 100 people continues to function.”
Without a doubt, for IVS Iberica this has been the beginning of a collaboration that we hope to be able to maintain over time.
About Santa Anna parish
The function of the parish goes much more than offering food and hygiene to people who need it, they also offer “medical and psychological care, among others,” as Marga Babiano explains.
“The Campaña Hospital is a home for the homeless and an open space for everyone who wants to welcome or be welcomed in Barcelona. We give lunch, lunch and dinner every day. But it is not just feeding the most disadvantaged, but we do a job of accompaniment and listening ”, says Marga Babiano.
