As of 1 July 2022, the Business Combination agreement between IVS Group, Liomatic and GeSA has become official. An agreement that we already announced at the end of 2021 and beginning of 2022.
The merging between IVS Group, Liomatic and GeSA will result in a group with a reinforced leadership in the sector in Italy and further growth projects also in other European countries.
The integration of the skills of each individual company into the new Group will provide a higher quality of service to millions of consumers, ensuring logistical efficiency and product and process innovation.
The Business Combination will represent Italian excellence in the food and beverage sector which, thanks to the principles shared by the founders and management of the Group’s companies, will maintain a context of economic and financial sustainability, together with the enhancement of human resources, while maintaining a high attention to the local communities of reference.
